SPAM Enforcement

As with any body of laws, the statutes, their definitions, and the enforcement vary from state to state in regards to unsolicited commercial email. Furthermore, there may be numerous federal agencies tracking SPAM related activities, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which has some affect at regulating the handling of unsolicited commercial email. Ultimately, it would be difficult to enforce violators in a uniformed basis and thus requires everyones participation. Therefore be vigilant and do our own due diligence. Our Emails

We ONLY send out emails to those who have requested to receive it. Our recipients (aka subscribers) have been added to a subscription list because they have filled out an “opt-in” form expressing an interest in our information or products and/or services, or otherwise directly requesting it.

We send out email in form of general information, news, how-to’s, tips, and features or benefits relating to the products and services we market through advertising, joint ventures, and word of mouth, so we are only building relationship with folks who wish to learn more about what we have to offer.

Subscribers are always in control in how they receive email communication from the Company or the Site. Subscribers can terminate any future email communications via a mandatory “unsubscribe” link found in each email, directly through the email marketing service that manages their subscription, or by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to the Company or Site. If the recipient takes one of these actions, they will never receive another email communication from the Company or the Site.
